By accessing primelinktelecoms.co.za or subscribing to any Prime Link Telecoms service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.\n\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Definitions<\/span><\/h2>

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:<\/span><\/p>

  • \"Agreement\" means these Terms and Conditions together with any service schedule, order form, or service level agreement.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • \"Customer\" or \"you\" means any individual or entity that accesses our website or subscribes to our services.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • \"Prime Link\", \"we\", \"us\", or \"our\" means Prime Link Telecoms (Pty) Ltd.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • \"Services\" means LTE internet connectivity, data products, hardware supply, and any ancillary services provided by Prime Link Telecoms.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • \"ICASA\" means the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Services Provided<\/span><\/h2>

    Prime Link Telecoms provides LTE-based internet access services across South Africa. Services are provided on a best-efforts basis over licensed national LTE networks. Speeds, latency, and availability may vary based on network conditions, location, device type, and simultaneous usage. PrimeLink Telecoms does not guarantee specific minimum speeds unless stated in a written service level agreement.<\/span><\/p>

    3. Subscription and Payment<\/span><\/h2>

    • All service subscriptions are billed monthly in advance or as otherwise stated on your service plan.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Payment is due on the date specified in your invoice. Late payment may result in service suspension.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15% where applicable.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • PrimeLink Telecoms reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Debit orders returned unpaid may attract a bank charge which Prime Link Telecoms may pass to the customer.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Fair Use Policy<\/span><\/h2>

      Uncapped data plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy. During periods of network congestion, customers who exceed usage thresholds may experience traffic management (speed reduction) to ensure quality of service for all users. This is in accordance with ICASA's End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations.<\/span><\/p>
