Prime Link Telecoms supplies LTE routers and SIM-based connectivity equipment. Physical delivery applies to hardware orders. Service activation is electronic and instant.

What We Ship

Prime Link Telecoms delivers the following physical goods to customers across South Africa:

  • LTE wireless routers and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment).

  • SIM cards and data starter packs.

  • Replacement or upgraded hardware units.

  • Accessories ordered via our online store.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa. Delivery is available to residential addresses, business addresses, and post office boxes via courier. Remote or outlying areas may experience extended delivery timeframes.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is available through our courier partner's website.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for hardware items pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply. Prime Link Telecoms is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Prime Link Telecoms currently delivers within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
