9. Security

PrimeLink Telecoms implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk of harm to you, we will notify you and the Information Regulator within the timeframe required by POPIA.

10. Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing communications (SMS, email, or WhatsApp) if you have given us your express consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contacting privacy@primelinktelecoms.co.za.

11. Changes to This Policy
